Hello! My name is Cat and I am a huge dog lover! My husband and I have a sweet Cavapoo named Maggie who we raised and trained from 10 weeks old. I have always had dogs in my home, including a couple with challenging needs: one particularly aggressive Jack Russell terrier and a rescue Shih tzu with separation anxiety. I have experience training puppies and taking them through obedience school. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, weekend doggy daycare, and boarding at my home. I like to create an environment that your dog will love and look forward to while you are away! I will also work on any training needed to be sure to maintain continuity and structure.

I keep things as much to your dog’s regular routine as I can and you’d like. If they are crated, we’ll use the crate. If they sleep in your bed, they’ll sleep in my bed! I have a fenced yard with plenty of space to run around and my little Cavapoo Maggie is a ball of energy that loves to run and play!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or unique behaviors (ex: leash aggression, picky eater) so that I can accommodate. If there is a situation I am unable to accommodate, I will let you know immediately so that you find the perfect fit for your dog.
A typical day
For boarding, I will engage your dog throughout the day. We will play, work on any training to maintain continuity for you, and take walks. We’ll run around the backyard and make good use of the local parks! If your dog does well with other dogs and/or you are working on socialization, I will let Maggie play with him/her. These same principles go for walks and drop-ins— just on a smaller time frame!

Availability
I work full time, but have limited in office hours and an untraditional schedule. So, the days I do provide as available on my calendar mean I will have plenty of time to play with your pup and give him or her tons of attention
