Fun, reliable, honest dog trainer!
Pet care experience
I am a positive reinforcement dog trainer with 7 years of hands on experience training service animals. I have done extended overnight stays (5+ days and nights), day time sits, and 100+ of hours of guided training classes which have provided me with my education foundation. I have a well developed understanding on dogs needs for exercise, attention, and training. Whether boarding, sitting, or just needing a great dog walker, I can provide structured walks to work on training areas that need improvement while providing adequate exercise varying by pet needs. Structured walks = 1 hour + of training based exercise to provide both physical and mental stimulation for your pet.
Reviews
My boy came home happy.
My pup came back happy and exhausted!
Cassandra was the perfect choice to watch our Golden Retriever for the night. She was wonderful with him and he loved her immediately. Her dog was a great companion for mine. He came home happy and exhausted from all the fun. I’d definitely recommend her.
Cassondre has been such a blessing! Communicative; reliable; compassionate; intuitive; trustworthy - and of course best of all: our very strong, very anxious pit-mix loved her instantly and is always excited to see her. Can't do any better than booking with her.

Safety, trust & environment
I start every relationship with pets by getting to know them; their likes, dislikes, and earning their trust with consistency and positive reward. For boarding or day time sits your dog will start their day off with an early morning free walk. This is for bathroom relieving, stiffing everything, and just being a dog! Feeding, napping, and free play in the morning. A structured midday walk to work on training areas like leash pulling, reactivity, positive dog interaction, etc. Afternoons are spent working on properly stimulating your pet with interactive games like follow me, touch, and body handling. This is where areas of improvement can also be worked on like house manners, commands (sit, stay, heel etc.) and proper settling. For travel to you dog walking you can expect adequate exercise for your pet based on their needs and a structured walk to work on training areas of improvement.

A typical day
I love to go hiking, to the dog park, and to off leash dog walking areas to provide your dog with a well rounded experience. I feel as though on and off leash behavior are equally important and should be practiced for all dogs. I am very accommodating of pets special needs and their safety and well-being is of utmost importance.

I am sensitive to the needs of peoples schedules, and would love to discuss how ours can align. I work from home full time Monday-Friday in medical device sales but am looking for a lifestyle change to allow more time for my passion of helping dog owners build better relationships with their pets. I am a very active person who enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and playing with my Golden Retriever Sonni.
