Pet care experience
I be always had an easy way & bond with dogs. They’re just my people, in a sense. My dog is my service dog, so we work together all the time both play and work. I love dog training and have worked with multiple breeds thanks to working with friends and through Rover. I like to be firm, yet fun and patient. Not much better than pupper snuggles. 🙂

Cassie as always did a wonderful job of making Buddy feel welcome and cared for. She kept me updated and with his current status in great detail and with pictures as well. I always feel confident leaving Buddy in her care because I know he’ll be in a safe, loving environment with people that truly do love and care for dogs. Would highly recommend. 👍
Cassie was very flexible with my schedule and always very excited to see Eddie. Eddie loved going over there and would try to pull me towards the door as we walked up to their house! Cassie is very kind and caring and always gave me great updates about what they did throughout the day.
Cassie did a great job updating me through Buddy's stay and took care to ensure his needs were met. Very happy with the service and would recommend.
Cassie was great! She sent pictures and kept me updated. She was very open to drop off and pick up times. She treated my dog as one of her own. I highly recommend her.

I don’t treat other dogs any different than mine with a few obvious exceptions, but everyone gets loving and treats, etc. We take walks and on weekends hiking is common in the summer. I do crate training with my dog, but leave that up to the owner for their dog. We have a yard to play, but it isn’t completely fenced in so supervision is used. My dog is trained to stay in the yard while the guest would be on a long lead.

I don’t breed discriminate. I don’t believe there’s bad dogs as much as bad people. I usually ask for a dog’s energy level as I’m not the best fit for dogs who are insanely active with no “off switch”. I also like to know if there is toy/food aggression. If it’s mild, I’ll take steps accordingly. If it’s moderate to severe, I would rather not for the safety of my dog. I do not deal with the majority of aggression situations due to not having enough knowledge on aggressive behavior. Most other questions I ask within a meet and greet because some come to my head as I’m meeting and observing the dog that are specific to that dog.
A typical day
We play indoors and outdoors with toys, etc. there’s treats to be had and “training” exercises disguised as games that are often pretty fun for everyone involved. We also are pretty fond of hiking at Minooka park with all the trails. Regular walks in the neighborhood are also a thing. Azlan (my dog) is happy to play indoors and out.
