Pet care experience
My family got our first dog in 2016 when I was also in 2016. He was then 8 weeks old, and I’ve always been a part of his care. In 2017, we adopted another puppy, who I also helped care for. I adopted my own dog in 2020. As a family, I have assisted in the care of countless foster dogs, including newborn puppies. I have experience in dog walking & home bathing (when necessary).

Because of the dogs in my family’s home, I will not be boarding dogs in my own home to eliminate any possible conflicts between the dogs. I am comfortable feeding, walking, and playing with the dogs, and can crate the pups if you need.

As with most of the care providers, I’d prefer to know ahead of time if your dog(s) have any behavioral quirks, dietary restrictions, disabilities, allergies, etc. that I may need to tend to. For clients with multiple dogs, information on how the dogs interact with each other is also helpful.
A typical day
I am comfortable taking dogs out on walks in neighborhoods and other residential areas, as well as providing exercise in the house or in a fenced yard via playtime. I can run around with, play catch with, and play tug war with your pups, or any other similar type of play! Physical activity is no problem for me. I am also more than happy to provide comfort and more calming attention!

Availability
Rover limits how specific I can be about availability, so I’ve been conservative in the days I’ve officially listed, but I am available all day on Wednesdays starting mid-morning, and available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting at 5:30pm. For clients I have worked with repeatedly, I can also usually manage to do midday walks/visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but I would prefer not to take on new clients for those times.
