Hi! My name is Cassie and I work as a registered nurse. I am a two-time graduate of the University of Michigan. During my off time, I enjoy hanging out with my two dogs, a shepherd/pit mix and a black lab! Throughout my life, I have had cats, dogs, rats, hamsters, and various reptiles. I’ve had big dogs my whole life and I am comfortable working with dogs from 6 pounds to over 100 pounds. Additionally, both of my dogs are from rescue organizations and have past abuse history. I’m comfortable caring for dogs who may be skittish due to past abuse and neglect. My black lab is blind and requires heartworm medications, so I am familiar with caring for dogs with medical conditions and disabilities. As a nurse, I am comfortable administering injection medications, as well as oral and topical medications. I am also comfortable caring for cats, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and other small mammals.
