Hello! Im currently a college student who is looking for opportunities to use my experience in pet care. I have worked in a pet grooming salon, volunteered with cats and dogs alike, and interned at an animal hospital. Over the years, I have done overnight stays and taken care of a variety of animals - even reptiles, small mammals and other exotics! I have accumulated 6 years of experience caring for animals (other than my own!), and feel very secure in my abilities! I am very confident in feeding pets (even those on special needs diets), going for walks, exercising, cleaning up after them, bathing (if needed), and other general care. My responsibility is unmatched; Im hyper aware of foods that dogs should be kept away from and other threats to most animals. I can do multiple visits a day inbetween class schedules, and overnight stays if needed. If your dog has behavioral issues, this is not a problem for me at all! I would be happy to help keep up with training while I am providing care for them. I have worked with animals with a wide range of quirks! If your pets take any insulin or special medications, I feel confident giving it to them as well. I have a huge soft spot for senior dogs! I am very confident in providing them a little extra care and exercising them in a way that is good for them. I am very flexible and tentative, though I do have one dog of my own, a cat and a sugar glider. Stays at my house would be if your pet is dog friendly. I can drive and I have a car so transport would be my responsibility. If there needed to be transportation for your pet, I would feel comfortable offering as well.
