We have a fully fenced in back yard. 3 of the 4 sides are 6-foot and the other is over 5-ft. The fence line is checked daily to ensure Shuri hasn't made an attempt to escape. Doors, gates, garage doors, car doors, etc., are opened and closed with all of our focus. Our worst fear is Shuri getting out. So if I am retrieving the mail or watering flowers, I assure you, I know where my Shuri is lurking at all times. Our dog is crated when we leave and it would be no issue crating your dog here as well. There is plenty of space to have a second crate of almost any size. We have a good amount of space as it is just my husband, Shuri and myself living here. So, if the dogs needed separated for feeding, potty breaks, crating, etc. it can be easily accomodated. If your dog loves walks then you brought them to the right pack. We walk as a family, so that leaves an open hand to hold your pooch's leesh. We love exploring local parks and trails. Our pup is very socialized and will be esctatic to play. We monitor her and make sure she takes plenty of breaks for water and rest (especially in the heat!). Shuri is submissive to other dogs and will do a fantastic job adopting to your pups play style. Toys are welcome here, but we are on constant watch if any removal of a toy/object is necessary.
