*Important update regarding the upper respiratory illness in Oregon* With ongoing health concerns, I am highly committed to keeping our four-legged family members healthy! I am continuing to sanitize all play spaces 3 times daily along with a strict regimen of sanitizing toys, water bowls and other shared Items multiple times throughout the day.I have several commercial grade air and ozone purifiers. I also use pet safe commercial grade cleaners in all areas. There is always a risk when your family member visits a social environment but I will continue to do what I can to help eliminate possible exposures. Along with staying informed about any new information and consulting my veterinarians regarding this issue. I have worked professionally with animals for well over 20 years. Everything from snakes to primates but working with dogs has always been a passion of mine. I have worked with large groups of dogs, taught group classes, and been a house sitter for many years. I am a certified Canine Conditioning Fitness Coach and a certified Trick Dog Instructor with Do More With Your Dog. I am also an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator. I have successfully completed the Red Cross course for cat and dog first aid more than once. I have attended and continue to attend many seminars and online dog body language courses to grow my knowledge of dog behavior. Every guest that comes to play and stay on the farm will have an exciting, social, and enriching day! Every day includes playing and learning in a secure, large play yard with weather permitting activities. Her or his day will also include a few short fun enrichment sessions. I like to include lots of obedience, tricks, recall games, food puzzles, agility games, FitPaws, pedestal training, and force free grooming throughout the day. Of course, lots of naps and snuggles on the couch in the air conditioning or heat will be in order as well. I enjoy making a fun day for your family member whether they are a young puppy, rowdy playful type, Itty bitty, retirement age or special needs.I have lots of experience with special needs and medication administration if that's something your family member requires. I am able to accommodate family members who need extra assistance with a one level stair free home. I will make sure to send pictures and videos of your family members while you are away, as I know it's hard to leave your loved one! I provide the most calm, social, and enriching stay possible!

The farm offers three large separate play yards. One main, large secure chain link play yard and two smaller secure chain link play yards that are typical backyard size. All yards have play structures,pools, tunnels, clean-up stations, and, of course, TOYS! All yards have covered potty areas for rainy or hot days. I also have two indoor areas for playing and training, and of course, the house is also a play and resting space. I recently added close to a full acre, completely fenced, and set up as a dog park! It is a new novel space to work on individual training. The two acre property is completely fenced and is at least double or triple fenced in all dog areas. All fenced dog spaces are at least 6 feet tall .With the multiple yards, I am able to make sure playmates are with size appropriate friends. Check out my photos for pictures of the play areas! Your family members will never be left out unattended. They will come in the house when I do! I am happy to let your loved one on the furniture if you approve. All guests sleep in the house and however they are most comfortable. I do have a rescue piggy, goats , chickens, and other small animals on the farm. All of which are on the other side of the property in a separate space. Although I would hope to never need it, I do have detailed emergency and evacuation plans for all animals in my care. Including transportation,food, leashes, supplies and crates ready to go at all times.

All guest are required to be up to date on vaccines unless a vet exception is made. I prefer my guests to be crate trained so they can be comfortable and safe for meal times. Please let me know if you have any special requests or requirements for your family member. I do like to hand out treats during training throughout the day so please let me know if your pet has a food allergy or other dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring them some treats from home! If your family member has a birthday, gotcha day or other special date while visiting please let me know so I can make it extra special! I am more than happy to host a face to face meet and greet to find out more about you and your family member! However for the safety of my current guests I prefer to do a virtual walk through of where your family member will be spending time. I am happy to do both so we are sure your family member is a good fit and will have a fun and comfortable stay and play! I am happy to answer any and all questions about specific requirements your family member might need while you are away.
A typical day
A typical day will include routine care along with short and fun training sessions. Training things like basic obedience,tricks, agility and fitness work. I have pools and water games, a sand box, agility equipment, food puzzles, sniffing games, fitness equipment, a treadmill and of course lots of toys!

Your family member will have a constant human companion and will be in a crate for meal times and a nap if needed. As a full time stay at home dog mom my dogs are top priority and are sure to get all that they need!
