Hi there! My name is Cassie. I love dogs and all animals and I would be happy to care for your pet! I grew up with three dogs in the house at all times. I now have one dog of my own, a husky-coonhound rescue super-mutt named Penny Lane. For boarding, Penny gets along well with most dogs, before booking we require a meet and greet to make sure both dogs will enjoy each other throughout your pup’s stay! I consider myself quite an experienced pet caregiver. I have experience with many different sized animals, and different temperaments-whether it be calm and laid back, anxious, or aggressive. I would love the opportunity to take care of your pet. I know how much you love your animal and I will be sure to keep it safe and loved while you are away! I hope we can work together!

Cassie did an excellent job with Huxley! She was flexible, asked good questions and sent daily pictures of our pup! I could tell he was in good hands while we were away! I will definitely be using Cassie in the future!
Cassie would be an amazing addition to anyone's dog sitting needs. She has never known a life that didn't include dogs. She has nurtured them from puppyhood through adulthood and stayed with them through their final goodbyes. She herself is an avid runner and loves to walk. The addition of a dog by her side makes it all the better. Compassionate and loving with an amazing attention to detail she is a great dog sitter.

We have a fenced-in patio, where dogs can sun bathe during the day and use as a final potty area right before bed. We want the pets we care for to feel at home and allow as much access as is safe for the pet.

A typical day
We take at least three walks a day, have active play time, fetch, puzzles, and patio time every day. Over the weekends we like to hike or go for long walks around Capitol Hill.

I work in an office Tuesday-Thursday. I work from home Friday-Monday. My husband works from home daily so someone will always be around with the dog.
