Pet care experience
I've been full-time caring for my own pup for the last year, since my partner and I rescued him. I've learned a ton in that time, and now love hosting my friends' doggos for daytime and overnight playdates. I know that what dogs need is exercise, food (duh), and lots of love! I have also been part-time caring for my dad's new 4-month-old pup, so I have experience with newer and older doggos.

Cassidy is great at hanging with my two dogs - Tuck (6) and Rico (almost 4 months). She's great at taking them on walks around the neighborhood, playing with them, making sure the little one gets outside to potty... and following their individual feeding routines. She's fun, energetic, and has a lot of love for all pups.

I have a very friendly husky pup (1 year old) who loves to meet and play with new dog friends, so your dog(s) will fit right in and have nice company. My home has a grassy backyard that is unfenced, so my pup stays on his leash - I can either keep yours leashed or unleashed, whichever you prefer! We live about a mile from the Irving Dog Park, so we go there a lot, but I also love taking pups to Mt. Tabor and other beautiful dog parks around Portland.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, including feeding schedule, medications, or exercise needs/limits. Also please let me know if your dog generally gets along with other dogs, since I have a big puppo of my own (who LOVES other dogs!) if your pup will be hanging at my house.
A typical day
I love to make sure your dogs get enough energy out throughout the day. So we will take a walk through the neighborhood, making sure to stop and smell all the roses (or at least I will - the dogs will sniff whatever they feel like!), maybe go to the dog park, or even adventure to Forest Park if time allows/you'd like.

Availability
I work from home full-time, so I can hang with your dog(s) all day/night! And can always make time for short or long walks, and bigger adventures like a hike if there's time/desire.
