Cassidy is super caring and flexible! We would love to book her again.

After our initial meet and greet, I was hopeful that we had found a repeat sitter. One of our dogs is wary of strangers but he seemed to take to Cassidy right away. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Cassidy’s house sitting. She continually left them alone for too long, after discussing that she would only be gone for 3-4 hours at a time. The first full day we were away she spent a total of less than 2 hours at the house and then did not come back in there evening, leaving the dogs alone all night and for nearly 14 hours. She communicated her mistake and we discussed expectations for the duration of the weekend. Then the following evening left them alone at home again from 10pm to 3am. She didn’t provide the agreed upon exercise or attention for our 9 month old puppy, which resulted in damage to our house and furniture. If you have a dog that doesn’t need much attention or care, I’m sure that Cassidy is an adequate sitter and seems to genuinely love animals, but if you have more needs than a couple hours a day, I would not recommend Cassidy for house sitting. The experience was incredibly stressful and we will not be rebooking with Cassidy.
