Pet care experience
Hey everyone! My name is Cassidy, and I am a Cincinnati, Ohio native. I am a current veterinary student at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Back home, I have a miniature poodle named Axel who recently turned 13 years old, so I am no stranger to caring for high maintenance pups! During undergrad, I worked as a veterinary technician at a small animal clinic in Atlanta, Georgia for 2 years. While I have wanted to be a veterinarian for all of my life, I have been working, shadowing, and volunteering in this field for around 8 years now. I have worked both in boarding facilities as well as clinical settings. Some of my skills and/or services include: baths, nail trims, anal gland expression, medicine administration etc. Furthermore, I have experience with a wide range of breeds from Great Danes to teacup chihuahuas. However, don’t fret because I am also experienced with kitties from the newborn kittens to older, fractious cats. I can’t wait to meet your babies!

We can't thank Cassidy enough for watching our 3 kitties. She treated them as her own and have them all of the love that they needed while we were alway. We will definitely use her again the next time we go away.
This was the second time Cassidy has watched our cats. She's always quick to respond to messages, sends regular updates, and truly cares for our pets. We highly recommend her!!
Cassidy was an excellent sitter for our two cats. She fed them once a day and stayed around for a bit to give them time to warm up to her and to give them some company while we were away. We are especially grateful that she kept a regular schedule with them. Even the shy one warmed up to her after a couple of visits! And she sent us pics every day. Overall, Cassidy was very responsible and caring and we would absolutely trust her with our cats again!
I was nervous to leave my kitty for the first time especially since she has some health issues, but Cassidy was amazing and it was great to know my cat was in such good hands while I was away. It was so nice to come home to a happy kitty and clean house - I will definitely use Cassidy’s services again and would highly recommend her to others!

A typical day
Activities can vary depending on the animal in which I am caring for. For more energetic dogs, I will play in the backyard, go to the dog park, play enrichment games, or go on long walks - whatever is necessary to get that energy out! On the other hand, for smaller, more relaxed animals, I can lounge on the couch and keep them company. I will shape my time based on the needs of each animal.

Availability
I am in veterinary school, but I only have classes on certain days of the week. I am usually only in class or lab for 2-4 hours per day, so I have plenty of time to care for your animals!
