WCU Student- Dogs Help With Stress!
Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Cassidy. I'm a senior at West Chester University. The hardest part about being 2 hours away from home is not seeing my dog Ally everyday. School can get stressful at times, but seeing a dog on campus always makes it worth it! I've never formally dog-walked/sitted before, but I've done it for family! My most memorable experience was when my aunt's new puppy was so scared sleeping in his crate the only way to make him stop crying was to sleep next to him. I don't start classes on Mondays and Wednesdays until 3pm and am done for the week Thursday after 12! I sadly do not have a car on campus, but I'm more than willing to walk a mile to get to you and your dog(s).

A typical day
We'll go on walks into town, go to the park and even stroll around campus! Even though I only played tee-ball, I still remember how to throw a ball. If your dog is more of a 'catch but don't bring back' type, that's cool. Tug-o-war is always a fun time, too!
