Hey there, pet parent! My name is Cassidy, but I generally go by Cass. I've spent my life surrounded by furry companions. I have two old long-haired cats that I grew up learning to care for, and two excitable rescue dogs: one a proper mutt, the other a Great Dane mix. Through them, I've been taught a deep sense of empathy and patience for our animal counterparts, and Rover.com is my effort to go into the world and apply those skills. I'm more than glad to come snuggle, walk, or house-sit your beloved friend, plus any other responsibilities deemed appropriate. I'm currently located out of Old Town, Fort Collins as a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, and I am now the happy recipient of an environmental science bachelors degree, because the only thing that comes close to my love of animals is my love of all things botanical! These days, I am working as a botanist out of Wellington during the week, which means I’m away at work from early morning to early evening, generally 7 am - 3 pm. Given that, most of my Rover work recently has been overnight stays, but I’m happy to make after work visits or stay over through the weekend.
