I am a dog mom to a 5 year old Golden Retriever...Ripley. We have raised her since 6 weeks old and have trained and tested her to be Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certified through the AKC, as well as a certified therapy dog through Therapy Dog International (TDI). We love to take walks and play fetch and tug of war. We have a Waukesha County Parks Pass that allows us to go to all of the dog parks in the county, but we also like to snuggle in and watch movies. I am a Registered Nurse, and though I care for human-not animal-patients, I have sharp assessment skills and am comfortable handling emergencies. I have puppy experience, adult dog experience, senior dog experience as well as special needs dog experience. We recently had to put down our special needs German Shepherd, who you may have seen in my photos. Schatzi had a spinal tumor that caused paralysis in her rear legs. She was fecal incontinent, wore a diaper and required daily medications. Because of Schatzi I am comfortable with all types of needs your dog may require. I am here to help your pup have a great stay-cation while you have a great vacation! I know how much I worry about my dog while I'm gone and want to give you the peace of mind you deserve, knowing that your dog is in a safe place.
