Hi, my name is Cassandra and i have been an avid animal lover since ive been able to walk. I have spent alot of time volunteering at local shelters here in Chicago. I have worked in the animal care industry since my first job, and 15 years later after working thru pet food store, dog daycares, boarding facilitys and vetrinary practices as a assistant/receptionist; I decided to finally pursue a veterinary technician license, so I am currently attending school till Jan 2019 to become officially licensed. I'm very excited to learn more about our furry friends as they fascinate me to no end! I will always hold dogs and cats dear to my heart as my favorites, yet I look forward to expanding my knowledge and experience with more types of animals thru my veterinary technician career.
