I've been surrounded by all sorts of animals growing up! Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, and hedgehogs. I understand that each family member has their own personality and needs. I'm was an educator at an elementary school so I am no stranger to adapting and accommodating. Clear communication is all I need! How I care for your family members will depend on you! Tell me a bit about their personalities, the rules of the home, schedules and so on, and I can easily follow your wishes. I'm pretty easy going so just let me know what is expected and needed.

Cassandra did a phenomenal job taking care of our animals and home. Our dog is a sensitive girl and often takes awhile to get comfortable with a new sitter but she warmed up to Cassandra right away. She sent frequent updates, and I would highly recommend her!

Cassie was fantastic taking care of our two pups and our home while we were away for a few days! One of the two is a senior and she was awesome about dealing with the challenges that come along with an older dog. She sent us lots of updates and provided pics of the pups each day. It was a great experience and we will use her again in the future!

I am also able to read the body language of our fluffy friends and know how to respectfully interact with your family member to ensure that trust is being formulated between us.

A typical day
I love to cater activities to their personalities! I'll probably spend time observing them and their behaviors and proceed from there. I love creating toys out of toilet paper rolls for my rabbit so getting creative and being resourceful when it comes to making toys is not new to me (:

Availability
I'm currently working at a coffee shop so the hours that I work may vary, which is why I ask for a day in advanced notice. I also am doing work from home until harvest season starts, which isn't till June. My schedule is usually working from home Tuesday-Friday, and then the coffee shop job is Sat, Sun, and Monday, and my shifts are no longer than 6 hours.
