Cassandra was amazing with Duchess and Rain. I definitely recommend her to watch any dog. I loved her Dane Zeplin too he was such a sweet heart. He was the perfect host.
I have been using Cassandra for about year now for boarding. She is caring to my dog as if it was her own and he gets excited to go. She send pic and video to reassure you he is in good hands. I highly recommend her!
This was my first time leaving my dog for a week not with a family member. He is very anxious so I was apprehensive and nervous but he took to Cassandra right away! She was amazing with him and kept be updated during his stay. I will definitely be using her again!

While this experience was fun, it was also tough. I've had my carpets ripped out, I've broken up fights, and I've spent countless sleepless nights working with dogs on crate training. I don’t give up on dogs. I'm so excited to work with your dog and give them a safe, structured, place to have fun and learn. My specialty is socialization so I love to give your dogs plenty of playtime with other dogs or even just to the environment around us.

I love breeds of all shapes and sizes. As a rescue and training director for a local dog rescue and full-time trainer, I have about worked with just about any dog! The most important things for me to know about a dog is their socialization levels, what their lifestyle is like at home, and any specific behavioral issues for me to watch out for. I will accommodate to your dog's unique needs, but just need the tools to do so!
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy lots of play with other dogs, a large backyard, and (optional) training! I love taking dogs out of the home environment and giving them time and space to explore the world outside our four walls. When your dog stays with me, they are in a calm, structured, home environment where they can wind down, socialize, and enjoy mental enrichment.

Availability
After losing my childhood pit bull to BSL, my mother decided to open up a rescue right out of our house. I grew up fostering, rescuing, and training dogs. It was not only my hobby, but my life. Once my family moved away from our rescue life, I attended college and got involved in the nonprofit world. I had a great 9-5 in an office, amazing benefits, and good pay. Nevertheless, my passion has always been dogs. I started getting highly involved with a local rescue group and eventually became their training director and trained rescue dogs daily. Once I got the courage to leave my job, I started working with an excellent dog training company full-time and now run Horizon Dog Training, my pet care and training company.
