Being the first time I have used this service.. I was a little concerned with entrusting a stranger with my dog of 16 years.. after my operation I found it hard to manage the pain and mobility to maintain a consistent schedule with Rio, my dog. so I started looking for someone on Rover to assist me with my dogs routine.. After looking through a few profiles I stumbled on Cassandras.. I had a really good feeling about her.. so proceeding through the selection and payment process she contacted me right away.. I noted that She was very professional and well mannered..at that point we set up a time to meet and discuss my concerns with Rios unsocial behaviour to other animals prior to Cassandra taking her.. I felt at ease that she understood the situation with my dog.. I was also impressed she wasn’t tardy on any of her booked times with me, she always kept me informed that she was on route.. but the real test was with my dog. I can see that Rio is very comfortable having this new stranger come into our space.. I would recommend her anytime!

I would highly recommended Cass to take care of your pet. She is very friendly and welcoming. Our dog Cujo had a great time in her care. She ensured that we were comfortable by sending us pictures and daily updates to see how was was doing. Next time we’re away we will definitely be dropping Cujo off for another mini vacation!
