Cassie was awesome from the very first contact! After reaching out, we exchanged messages to find a good time to meet and she was super communicative and punctual--I really appreciated that because it gave me a great feeling about her level of responsibility and organization. We have an older dog with some special needs, so we're very particular about the care we find for him. We need someone who can spend a lot of time at home and create a relaxing day-to-day routine, with lots of trips outside and lots of love and treats. Cassie was very attentive in learning about his routines and comfortable giving him medication and dealing with his senior-dog idiosyncrasies. While on the trip, she sent regular photos and updates and everything went smoothly. It gave us a lot of comfort knowing he was being well taken care of! Linus seemed very relaxed and happy when we returned and the house was so well taken care of--everything was just as we left it and she was so thoughtful in getting the bed made for us and washing towels and everything. It all couldn't have gone any better. We look forward to having Cassie come back and dog sit for us again in the future!

Cassandra was great! We were able to truly relax on our vacation knowing that she was checking in on our kitty.
