Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Cassandra and I have been working with animals for about 20 years. I grew up working with horses so I am comfortable with animals of all sizes. I adopted and fostered for rescues who pull hard to adopt mom and puppy combos from shelters down south. We have had about 18 different fosters in and out of our home, ranging in size from 20-100 lbs, in personality from shy to rambunctious. It is always hard to see these lovely animals come and go but knowing we are making them feel at home until they can find their "fur-ever" home is an amazing feeling. I am comfortable with giving medications and handling any unexpected situations that arise (horses will give you that confidence). We have a fenced in yard where your pup can let our their zoomies out. We hope to make our home a happy place for your dog to stay, and a place that you will trust sending them back to again and again! We are currently “between” dogs, so we have none of our own since losing our beloved Huck in Jan 2021 so your pet would be the only one in our home should they stay with us.

Cassandra and Kyle were great with Sandy. They took care of him and tended to his needs. Sandy must have had lots of fun because he came home all tuckered out!
We really loved Cassandra and Kyle. They were very easy going and Smokey and Oreo really liked them a lot! They are very flexible and their dog Huck is sooo sweet! Will definitely Rover them again and highly recommend them. They are genuinely concerned for my pet’s needs and comfortability.
Cassandra & Kyle were great sitters. Nash seemed very happy and well cared for during his stay. I love it that they have a fenced in yard for him to run around and a big dog of their own - instant buddy for hanging out.
Cassandra and Kyle did an amazing job with Oliver. Searching for a sitter to go out of town is always a bit stressful, I wanted someone with another dog because Oliver loves friends, their fur baby Huck is a giant bear compared to my 20 lbs Boston Terrier but they hit it right off and had an amazing time in their big yard!! I received updates and pictures throughout the week end. They will be my number 1 pick for any future sitter need!

We have a fenced in yard to fulfill the zoomie requirement and all pets are allowed on the furniture and bed (as long as that’s okay with their parents). Dogs are family here!

A typical day
Walks, snuggles on the couch, we also have an agility hoop to practice with for those who would like it. We’ll behaved dogs are also welcome to sleep in bed with us!

Availability
Both my husband and I work from home so we are around the majority of the time. Your pet will not be alone more than a few hours and always have appropriate potty breaks before and after should we need to leave the house.
