Walk on the Wild Side LLC. I have loved and cared for animals my entire life and am currently obsessed with my 2 frosted faced doggos, Hairy and Biscuit and one 3 legged kitty, Tasty. Caring for 2 seniors and a determined yet challenged kitty requires compassion, empathy, intuition, trust and patience. I wouldn’t change a thing and am grateful for every day with them.

This was the first time that my husband and I had used the Rover service. We chose Cassandra to watch our baby girl for a couple days while in Gulfport. Needless to say we were very anxious and a little nervous those first couple hours after we dropped her off but she had a wonderful time at Cassandra's house playing with the other dogs and it made the couple days that we got some mommy and daddy time in so much sweeter. We certainly will be using Cassandra again when we visit. Her backyard is a doggy playground heaven and she takes great pride and you can tell that she truly enjoys your pet. When visiting Gulfport she is an awesome choice knowing your beloved pet is in great hands!!!
Cassandra is amazing!! Was super when I extended my trip and great when I had to scramble for pickup because of cancelled plane flight home! And the dogs absolutely Loved her! They had a great time!

I recently contacted Cassie to care for my pup for 3 nights while my family visited Disney world and I cannot say enough about the great communication she provided as well as the assurance that my girl would be treated as one of her own. I have a huge fenced in yard and have worked diligently and mindfully to remove any potential hazards for all animals and to ensure that my visually challenged pups are safe, comfortable and familiar. We have a cowboy pool for quick dips to cool off and a little adventure ! I have a doggie door into my sun porch and leave sliders to living room open for in and outs at their leisure. My furniture is dog friendly, as are my floors and area rugs. I of course defer to my clients on best practices in their homes.

Please let me know of any special needs your pet may have. Is your dog food motivated or maybe food aggressive? Do we have any triggers i.e thunder, uniforms, squirrels!? ?️ Do they know and respond to basic commands? I want your pup to be confident, happy and well adjusted so please let me know if you are working on specific behaviors/routines at home so I can be consistent with them while in my care!
A typical day
I’m up for adventure! Or couch surfing! or something in between! We can play with Sockey Monkey and Lamb Chop, walk around Clam Bayou, hit the Trail or smell all the smells in my quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Take a dip in our cowboy pool to cool off afterwards too! I love to relax and brush my buddies after an adventure filled time together to wind down.

Availability
I left my high stress, low reward job in part, to spend more time with my animals. I am all in on Rover and my company Walk on the Wild Side LLC. I hope to find a few families to be of service to for pop ins, walks, daycare and possible overnights & vacation sitting in my home.
