Hi! My name is Cassandra. I currently am living in Friendship and love caring for cats. I adopted my cat Brian in 2021 and have been in love with him ever since! Brian is FIV+ which has given me loads of experience in giving medicines of all different forms to cats. Prior to adopting Brian I helped take care of two family cats- Tiger (19, rip) and Marshmallow (12). Tiger and Marshmallow taught me the basic responsibilities of taking care of a cat and also how to approach cats that may be shy or nervous.

Because Brian is FIV+ I’ve learned to keep a close on his health and eating habits. Additionally, I’ve discussed different food and supplement options with his vet & dentist to best suit his needs. I do not take dietary restrictions/medications lightly and know differing from a cat’s norm can cause much harm. I would like to care for your pet as I would my own.

I prefer to know feeding schedules, medications and amounts, emergency numbers, and if there are any triggers the animal might have. I want to be prepared for the worst just in case.
A typical day
When watching cats I like to play with toys to help them use some energy and get some exercise. I also like to pet and cuddle with them to start forming a bond.

Availability
I currently work from home Monday and Friday and can fit drop ins at any time during those days. Tuesday-Thursday I work in Coraopolis and would be able to drop in prior to work (7a at the latest) or after work (6p at the earliest).
