Pet care experience
Recently returned to Bend after having completed a nursing program in Montana. I spent much of my time in Helena house/dog sitting for families who mostly received my name via word of mouth, which I think is a good sign! I have taken care of multiple animals including dogs, cats, cows, pigs, sheep, and many others. I’m hoping to continue to dog sit during my few few weeks in Bend before I start work in late September.

Knowing preferred schedule and needs is super important. I like to get oriented to an animals environment before I assume responsibility. If a dog as special needs such as medications, etc. that’s very useful information so I can ensure I’m providing great care.
A typical day
Starting off my day with a walk is one of my favorite things and I know is a joy for many dogs as well. I prefer to be in their own environment so they feel comfortable and I can adjust to their needs and wants!

Currently, my only commitment is to studying for the NCLEX, which luckily I can do from anywhere with Wi-Fi! This means that my schedule can be flexible to you and your pets needs.
