Casey is polite, trustworthy, and clearly has a love for animals. This was our first try with Rover (big AirBnb and Uber users) and if Casey is the standard -- we are sold! Casey was very accessible to meet us in advance, was incredibly accommodating (including helping to water the xmas tree), touched base with us while we were gone by text, kept a log of his daily visits. With our permission (which he asked) he took Ziggy on walks, for a car ride to his house to play in his fenced yard with his dog, and very caringly made Ziggy comfortable. Despite the the temperatures being below zero and met with a cold winter "rain" on his first day, Casey gave it a shot to take Ziggy for a walk. We would not hesitate to use Casey again and, in fact, he will be our "go-to-guy" for future trips.
