I've loved dogs for my entire life, and in my opinion it really shows when I'm taking care of others pets. Although I've owned multiple dogs in my lifetime, being at college doesn't allow me to currently own one, and I can't think about a better way to fill in my absence of dog contact than taking care of other people's puppies. I know what it's like to have to hand your dog over to a stranger while you're away, and I treat all of the pets I come into contact with as if they're one of my own. I'm willing to and already have dealt with particularly stubborn dogs, and can take special instructions for dogs that need more specific care. As far as availability goes, during weekends I'm available almost all of the time, and I'm free a lot during weekdays too (just not quite as much as the weekend).
