I grew up dogsitting friends and family pets yearning to get a dog of my own. I have been dog sitting since I was in 5th grade where we took a Pekinese in for a month while his owners were on vacation. He had seizures quite often and I had to give him medication daily. I ended up taking in one of the dogs after the owner had too many medical issues. I have also taken care of puppies before for short periods of time. Right now I have a 2-year-old terrier from the shelter. I have worked on training him to do new tricks and to follow some behavior rules all while providing a loving environment. I believe I can give your pet a friendly environment while their humans are away.
