Growing up with 2 of my own, I've grown to love and care for dogs! I love giving my dogs attention by petting and playing with them, and I always do the same with all my friends pets! Additionally, I am an avid walker! If your dog is high energy, I can definitely keep up! It was my pandemic hobby to walk for up to 3 hours a day and I still maintain that activity, especially on weekends! It doesn't stop there! I also have experience dog/house sitting for 4 different dogs over the span of 2 years through referrals and recommendations after I dog and house sat for a family with two dogs. Through this experience, I am familiar and comfortable working with dogs that have specific needs (such as taking medications or being around dogs with anxiety). I currently work remotely full-time from 8-5 with a 1 hour break from 12-1pm, which I am MORE THAN WILLING to use as an excuse to take a stroll. For longer visits I am available any time before or after work hours, but because I work remotely I do have flexibility to work away from home and dog sit if you are looking for someone for the whole day! I always ensure to follow any rules or guidelines you provide as a baseline. When in another person's house I've always maintained cleanliness, both with the pups I dog sit (when they think its fun to run in the mud) and with the actual house itself (so there aren't muddy pawprints all around!). When it's time for a walk, I work to match the energy of your pet; coming from NY, I am accustomed to speed walking but am also more than happy to stop and smell the roses, especially for those furry friends that also like to! Also, when I'm around dogs, I can't not give them attention! I love to keep your pets company as much as they keep me company!
