Hi! My name is Casey and I have worked in dog care for over 8 years. I have previous experience working at a doggy daycare/ overnight boarding facility. I have taken care of all sizes and ages of dogs, numerous cats, and other animals requiring varying levels of care. When taking care of an animal, whether it be for a drop-in or a walk, I try and keep as close to their regular routine as possible to make sure they are comfortable. We can walk the typical route, play with their regular toys, get the same amount of belly rubs, etc. My drop-in visits consist of potty/outside time, fresh food and water depending on animal's needs, treats, play time, attention and cuddles, and any extra care that particular animal may require. I do have experience with elderly dogs who need things like medication, diaper changes, and assistance with moving around. I also have experience with puppies and other dogs who might need some extra attention and patience.

It helps me to know if your dog has any training you are currently working on and need me to be aware of or need help with (for example, no jumping when they greet people, leash pulling, simple commands, etc.). If your animal has any special needs like mobility issues, diaper changes, medications, etc. please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure I am able to provide the best care possible. I also like to know what their favorite toys are as well as if they are allowed to have treats, what kind, and how many.
A typical day
My favorite thing about taking care of dogs is getting to get to know their unique personalities. I love finding out what makes your dog the happiest and getting to make their day. Throwing a ball endlessly for 30 minutes, relaxing outside in the sun, going on a walk to smell all the new smells, non-stop petting and belly rubs. The time I spend with your pet is all about them. I will do whatever I can to make them the happiest they can possibly be!

I am currently doing dog care full time so taking care of animals is my first priority. I schedule all my errands and appointments around the schedule of the animals I care for.
