I've had dogs my entire life and have owned and fostered senior and special needs dogs since 2008. When we needed boarding for our special needs pup, the best we could do was to leave him with our vet and it made me sad that he had to stay in a kennel the entire time we were gone. That's when I decided to do daycare and boarding in our home. My hours are flexible and I am equipped to handle dietary or medical needs for your sweet pup, young or old. I'm retired, so I have plenty of time to interact with and love on your pups. On nice days I like to sit outside while our dogs play in the yard. When the weather is not so nice, I go out with the dogs while they do their business, then we all come inside together. I prefer not to leave pets outside unattended. Our house and yard are set up with redundancy gates/fences to help keep your pets safe and secure. We have artificial turf in their play/potty area and we use pet-friendly disinfectant to keep it clean and free of odors and bacteria. At bedtime, your pet is welcome to sleep in a crate or in our room, depending on what they prefer. My goal is to provide an environment similar to what your dog is familiar with so they can feel safe and comfortable while you are away.
