Pet care experience
We're back on Rover! Our family took a break from dog-sitting, but we are ready to jump back in! We are a dog loving family! Both my husband and I grew up with our own dogs and caring for other people's dogs. I stay home full-time with our two children (10 & 8) who love dogs and would provide lots of playtime for your pet. We have a large, fully fenced in yard for lots of play time! If your dog needs a break from social interaction, we have a private rooms where they can rest. A special note: We have a flock of chickens in our backyard! When dogs are in our care, they are locked up in their run and behind a separate fence. If you have concerns about this, please reach out and we can discuss them. We look forward to watching your dog and providing a fun, safe home to stay in!

Carrie, Tim and their kids were wonderful with our boy Watson. They loved him so well and gave plenty of updates on how he was doing. They were super attentive to his needs and made us feel so comfortable having him in their home. It was obvious that he was comfortable there and had a lot of fun too. I couldn’t recommend them more as reliable dog sitters!
The dogs always have fun with Tim and Carrie and their family!

Our large yard is fully fenced in, and has ample shade if we're outside on a hot day. Your pup will always be on a leash if we leave the yard for a walk, or playtime in the large field next to our house! We can also provide a small pool or sprinkler for outside fun in the summer! While we can watch dogs that are not crate trained, we'd prefer that your dog is. We feel that it provides them a safer experience in strange place when we need to leave the home, or go to bed at night.

It's important that your dog can tolerate a loud and busy home. Our two kids are full of energy and love animals, and they'll want to play and love on your dog! But they also know to be kind and gentle. And we understand that every dog has their limits, so we will keep a close eye on our kids when they're around your pet. And if they're in need of some time away from little hands, we can provide a private place for them!
A typical day
We can provide daily walks (weather and temperature permitting)! Most of the time we do more than one walk a day! My son, who is 10, loves to walk dogs, so you can bet they'll get out on a quick walk multiple times a day! If for whatever reason we can't take your pup on a walk, we'll do our best to provide exercise and entertainment in our backyard and home!
