I am an experienced animal trainer and veterinary technician that loves all types of animals. I have been caring for animals for over 17 years and have a college degree in training. While living in California, I enjoyed training all types of animals for movies and TV. We have always had multiple pets in our family, so we are used to a full house. My son has plenty experience being around all personalities of dogs and knows how to be respectful, and my husband enjoys playing with and also training dogs. My work is very close to home, so if boarding with me, your dog will never be left alone too long. I also have a schedule with work that allows sufficient time for afternoon walks.

Carrie and her family were so kind with our dog! This was our first time leaving him so we were nervous about how it would go but she was patient and flexible when he was howling in his kennel. She took him for walks and sent pictures. I'm so happy with our experience and would definitely use her again!
Carrie is incredible. She's not just a dog "sitter," she is a dog trainer, handler, vet tech, and all around friend to any dog. The time she spent with our dog was so memorable for him that he used to get so excited every time she came to the neighborhood. There is no one I would be more comfortable having my dogs with than Carrie. She is fantastic!

A typical day
When your dog stays with our family, they will enjoy our beautiful neighborhood and parks right outside my door for walks by the lake. Our yard is almost fully-fenced, so they're never left alone outside, and can spend time sun-bathing or relaxing in the shade. In the winter the parks have walkways so the dogs keep enjoying they're scenic adventures! I can also provide dog training at an additional cost.
