My entire life I have been a dog person. I remember when I was 14 years old my family got a new puppy. The first few days he would cry for his mom and I felt so sorry for him. I decided I would spend the night with him so he wouldn't have to be alone. Ever since then we had an extremely close bond. My love for dogs is not just for my own but to ALL dogs, big and small.

Simba enjoyed his time with Carrie. This was the first time we've left him since December 2019 so I was a bit anxious. She sent pictures and he seemed quite contented. Thanks, Carrie!
We LOVED Carrie - would absolutely use her again for our sweet Maggie! She sent lots of updates (with pictures) and took Maggie on nice, long walks so Maggie got plenty of exercise. She also brought in the mail and watered the plants for us, which was very helpful. I've already told multiple friends about Carrie and she will always be my first call when using Rover! Thank you, Carrie!!!
Carrie was a great house & pet sitter! She was super easy to communicate and coordinate with, and took great care of our house and cats! We would definitely hire her for future cat sitting needs (and I'm confident she's great with dogs, too).
Carrie not only cares about animals, but treats them like family... there were many times she would watch my dog Ace and she spoiled him rotten. She's a very caring person :) I would recommend her, most definitely!

It is helpful to know the dog’s schedule and any unique tendencies the dog may have. Since I’d be meeting the parents, it’s critical they are vaccinated or wearing a mask when we are indoors.
A typical day
I have a dog park near my apartment that is a popular place for the neighborhood. Alternatively, I’m near miles of walking and bike paths so going for a long walk is always lovely.

I’m currently working full time so I am only free on the evenings and weekends. I live in Minneapolis and commute to St. Paul for my job. Happy to stop by after 5 pending commute times for evening care or an overnight booking.
