Quiet, relaxing home for your pet!

Pet care experience

I grew up with two cats, and in 2020 I began fostering a senior dog, until we made it official in 2022! The time we had together was wonderful, but she was diagnosed with cancer and has since crossed the rainbow bridge 💗 I miss having a walking buddy and thought I’d offer my calm, quiet home as a great solution for dogs that might not do well in a crowded kennel.

Carolyn took great care of my pup! She stayed in our home so he could be the most comfortable :) she gave him frequent walks and outside time and sent us pictures showing him living his best life! I felt very safe with her looking after my buddy and will definitely use her again :)

Milli was super comfortable from day one, and this was her first sitter outside of the family. Carolyn walked her daily, which she loved! Milli takes several meds, and Carolyn had no issues giving those to her daily. Milli is also deaf, and Carolyn was able to remember her signals and use them to communicate with Milli. Daily pictures and videos were provided, which were greatly appreciated.

Carolyn was so, so great with my dogs! I have trouble leaving my dogs with anyone, but Carolyn made me feel so sure that she could and would care for my dogs as if they were her own. I got photos and texts of them settling in throughout the stay, and was kept informed of how they were adjusting. Carolyn is fantastic. I'm so lucky that she was able to watch my doggies.

I do require a meet n’ greet prior to dropping your dog off. I have had instances where owners have said their dog is housebroken, but they have marked in my home. Dogs must be fully housebroken please. I have a fenced yard, allow pets on the couch, and have a large crate with plush dog bed ready for any four-legged house guests! Please let me know if there are any special requests for your pet!

Home

No children present
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Information Carolyn T. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog knows specific commands (‘off’/‘leave it’/etc) and what their energy level is. If there are any oral medications, I can administer. If it’s an injectible, I did this for my senior dog and would just ask that we administer the first one together.

A typical day

I love to go for walks around the neighborhood, and it’s even better with a four-legged friend! I am happy to let them sniff all the new smells, to help them decipher their new environment.
