I'm a trained care volunteer with dogs and puppies for the Maryland SPCA, so I have great experience working with all different kinds of dogs, and giving them the love and attention they need! I also have my own cat at home, so I'm experienced with cats as well!

Carolyn has been awesome, communicative, and has created a very positive experience for our pup!
Carolyn helped take care of our puppy a few times a week while we were at work. She took her on walks in the yard, made sure she was fed with fresh water before leaving, and most importantly gave Cora lots of cuddles and affection! She also made sure to play with our cat, even though we didn’t ask her to. Carolyn would send pictures, too! I highly recommend Carolyn to take care of any animal. She’s the best!
Carolyn is a wonderful volunteer at the MD SPCA and spends her time walking the dogs. She has extensive understanding of dog body language and how to safely interact with dogs that she is meeting for the first time. Carolyn works with a variety of dogs during her volunteer shifts- shyer dogs, dogs with little to no basic training, and stronger/larger dogs. Carolyn is compassionate and takes the time to get to know each dog she walks. I would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter/pet sitter!!
I have known Carolyn for over 20 years and she has always been a conscientious, detailed oriented individual. She is a lover of animals and volunteers at the humane society walking all breeds and temperaments of dogs. I know she would make an excellent dog walker for any family.

A typical day
I love engaging with active, high-energy dogs, and offering mental and cognitive activities for dogs that need a lot of stimulation. I can take your dog to local parks, walking trails, etc., and give them a lot of exercise. I don't mind walking your dog outside in the rain or in snow, too! And feel free to let me know if you'd like me to help practice certain training elements with your dog that they're working on right now!

I work from home, plus I have weekend availability, so my schedule is very flexible to meet your needs. If you have more than one pup, I have time to take care of both!
