I've been owned by cats my entire life. I also have an amazing dog, a 50 lb pibble, who thinks she's a cat since she lives with a few of them. I have over 30 years of experience with young, senior and semi-feral cats and over 4 years experience with dogs. I lived in Brooklyn, NY for over 25 years and recently relocated to Santa Fe. Available early mornings, evenings and weekends. I work full-time for a youth educational organization in downtown Santa Fe. Excellent references available. I provide a daily photo/video report of my visit. I hope you'll give me the chance to look after your dog/cat, providing them with the companionship and care they need, while giving you the peace of mind you need. Carolyn has been my friend and pet caregiver for over 20 years now, and I must say that she is extraordinarily attuned to what an animal needs. You should snap her up! Anyone whose animals are under her care won't have to worry for a minute while they're gone!
As I write this Carolyn has been taking care of my Henry for a week, as she often has in the past. I can say without a doubt he's having a great time ( she sent photos )and that there is no one who would do a finer job of loving and caring for him. She is a wonderful, compassionate, attentive caregiver who treats all animals like family. I know I never have to worry when he's in her home--he'll get love, playtime and the best chair in the house!
Since I got my first cat, Carolyn has provided guidance, care and advice that has helped me to keep her healthy - and to get her through her a medical crisis 3 years ago. Carolyn is a cat whisperer. My cat has a 'complicated' personality and does not like new people - especially women - but she warmed up to Carolyn very quickly.
