I LOVE DOGS!!! (plus.....!)
Pet care experience
To my surprise and disappointment a lovely dog I have walked for the past 2 years is now moving. I’m heartbroken but now have an opening in my schedule. Please contact me if you are in Glen Ellen or Sonoma (or if you need walks in Kenwood or Oakmont, I can do afternoons there)🐶 Although I do love dogs (I take care of the family labs (2), and my sweet cattle dog & I lived a happy life for many years)—I also love cats (I currently have two), we have 4 hens at home, I take care of a donkey down the road, and I’ve worked with horses for many years (I recently ended a 3 year horse duty job). So—it's not just dogs!

My basic service areas are Glen Ellen & Sonoma. I have an afternoon client in Kenwood and have walked in Oakmont in the afternoons as well. My availability to travel depends on my schedule. I generally work Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm.

I am quite sure during our initial visit all of my questions will be answered, including things I’d like to know about your pet. I will give your pets the TLC they need while you're at work or away for the day or whatever the reason is you need them to be looked after. PS: My profile says: “50% of clients received photo updates”—false! 100% receive photos in texts, not necessarily through the Rover app...

Availability
Along with walking dogs of all ages, I also have experience with puppies and seniors. I have helped whelp and care for 5 litters of puppies from birth to 8 weeks old for my family’s Canine Companions breeder—future service dogs; I helped train a sweet, young puppy (when she wasn’t sleeping!); and a few other puppies I have dropped in on when the parents needed an extra hand. I’ve also cared for older dogs, including my own senior pup who passed several years ago. I have administered sub-Q fluids for both dogs and cats as well as dropped in on older dogs that can’t do more than go outside briefly.
