WFH Couple With Large, Fenced Yard
Pet care experience
After several years in DC, we now live in the suburbs with plenty of space for Pepper & your dog to roam. We both work from home full time with a large, fully fenced backyard. We adopted our rescue, Pepper, in 2020. Zack grew up with large rescue dogs (Great Dane, Labrador, Chow Rottweiler Mix, Stafford Shire Terrier). Our rescue dog, Pepper, had past trauma, so we are experienced with acclimating dogs into new settings/experiences. Pepper does not get along with any herding breeds.
Reviews
Caroline and Zach took great care of our dog, Hank, while we were out of town for several days. They provided regular updates with lots of photos. Hank was clearly comfortable with them and their dog, Pepper. Pepper shared his toys and bed with Hank, and Hank loved having a new friend for the week. He also loved the neighborhood walks and the huge yard! It was so nice to know that Hank was safe and happy. We’ve already booked Caroline and Zach for our next trip!
Caroline and Zachary took great care of my dog while I was away for the weekend! I appreciated their willingness to have a meet and greet prior to booking. They sent plenty of pictures and updates, and I could tell Arlo was well cared for and had fun with their dog. Would highly recommend!

We have a large, fully fenced yard. We typically take leash walks 1-2 times a day and play out in the yard other times. We are flexible to add more walks, increase length of walk, etc. based on individual needs. We are in walking distance from Rock Creek Regional Park for a healthy dose of nature.

A typical day
We typically start everyday with a 1-2 miles walk around the neighborhood. We have the option to venture into Rock Creek Regional Park. We have a large fenced backyard with plenty of room to run or sunbathe depending on the dog’s mood.

We work from home full time with our dog, Pepper. While we both have calls/meetings, we are consistently available throughout the day for walks/play time as needed.
