Hey there! My name is Caroline and I am an avid animal lover of all kinds! I have grown up and always lived with many animals in my home and can't imagine not having a dog or cat by my side as family at all times! The love of my life, Cali, is now a nearly 17 year old rescue dog that I adopted when I was 8 years old and she is not only my child, but my sister and my guardian angel. I also have two brother cats that I have raised since birth, so I understand the dynamics of animal siblings, raising baby animals, as well as the dynamics of nurturing a home where dogs and cats can live in harmony. I have extensive experience in dog walking, beach field trips, and at home care. I also have extensive experience in assisting in cat birth and raising 5 kittens as well as the mother cat. I also have experience in assisting in the fostering of dogs, nursing them back to health and investigating the best home for their adoption into a loving family. I also have experience as a veterinary intern, assisting a mobile endoscopy specialist at various veterinary clinics on dog clients, as well at a local zoo on exotic species. Providing a warm and nurturing environment for the animals I care for is my number one priority, remaining attentive to the medical, diet, exercise and behavior needs of each individual animal--and playing/cuddling nonstop!! I am incredibly enthusiastic and energetic when it comes to playing! I understand and have experienced first hand with my dog that each animal has a unique background story and those with trauma from previous experiences from infancy are extremely delicate situations and thus learning the personality and boundaries of an animal is crucial. Being sensitive to and conscious of each animal's needs to feel comfortable is very important to me and I always provide the most loving, happy, playful and respectful atmosphere. Animals are my life; I have a full heart, joy and dedicated responsibility for the love and care of your fellow furry family members!
