Like most people on this app, I have taken care of pets for a very long time! I started pet sitting for neighbors in the sixth grade, and adopted my own two pups as soon as I had a backyard. I really can’t imagine a home without pets. My husband and I have two large rescue dogs and a one year old kitten. Both of our dogs have separation anxiety, so I am very experienced in taking care of dogs with special needs. Our dogs are spoiled and go on 3 walks a day, so I am also very good at walking multiple large dogs at once. Our cat requires oral medication daily, so I have plenty of experience with giving medication. We have a huge backyard with a privacy fence - so lots of area for the dogs to run around and play! I work a hybrid schedule, but my husband works from home full time. His office even overlooks the backyard, so he always has an eye on the dogs playing. I work from home 2 days a week, but my husband works from home full time! Between the two of us, someone is always home with the pups! We also have plenty of weekend availability. We have a large fenced in backyard than the dogs love to play in! We essentially let the dogs choose to go inside and outside whenever they want. If your dog prefers walks to playing in the backyard, we have a very safe walking route that avoids major roads and intersections. We let our animals on the furniture, but will of course keep whatever rules you have in your house in place. We do not crate our dogs, but we do have an extra dog crate if you prefer to.
