Hi, I'm Caroline! I grew up in Memphis, TN with a zoo of animals: 2 labs (Champ and Queenie), 3 adorable pugs (Porkchop, Poppy, and Daisy), 4 cats (Chris, Ralph, Tad, and Shibby), and tons of other animals! I now have a cat of my own, Fiona, and a pug named Milkshake. I started dog walking through Wag in 2017 and walking and petsitting dogs and cats with Rover in 2021, but my petsitting and animal caretaking experience dates all the way back to high school. I absolutely love meeting new animals and I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes. I know that there's no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to best tending to each animal’s needs, and I make sure to adjust my tactics to provide the best care for every pet and make sure they’re comfortable and feel loved. Pets are like family, and I will make sure to treat your dog or cat with the love, care, and respect that it deserves. I look forward to meeting your pet and doing my part to make ensure he or she stays healthy and happy! :)

Caroline did an excellent job with our two dogs on her twice daily visits. The dogs were well cared for and shown plenty of affection. Received twice daily reports on the visits with pictures which helped ease our minds while we were away. Will definitely seek out her services next time we need a dog sitter!
Caroline has done a great job taking care of our two cats. She cared for their basic needs as requested and also gave them attention for as much as they wanted. She was good at reading our cats socially and didn't push their limits. Finally she has been timely and thorough with communication, letting us know exactly how things are going. Would definitely hire again!
Will continue using Caroline over and over! She is extremely communicative and sends tons of pictures so I know my two labs are having a great time under her care.

As a pet owner myself, I take pet safety and care very seriously. I will always thoroughly read and follow your instructions. I am also always extremely careful to correctly fasten a leash/harness, shut and lock all doors, walk and cross streets safely, and double check all areas to make sure your pet is safe, secure, and happy. You can always trust me to make sure your dog or cat stays healthy and safe.

Any triggers, special needs, behavioral issues, or specific owner preferences are very helpful to know ahead of time. Never worry about giving too many instructions if that makes you more comfortable. I always read every word and will follow your instructions and make sure your pet is safe and enjoys their time.
A typical day
I will always make sure to give your animal tons of love and attention throughout our time together. For high energy dogs, I will ensure a long walk—even a jog if they’re up for it—and can play fetch with them if you have a yard or fenced-in dog area. I’m also very experienced with lower energy dogs (3 family pugs and 1 pug of my own!) so I will walk them and make sure they get out their energy and get in good exercise, but once that’s done, if they would rather spend time snuggling, I will be there to give them all the love!

I work from home full-time and have a pretty flexible schedule, both on the weekdays and weekends. I have a car and can also drive to your home.
