I'm one of those people who remembers dogs names before people's. I believe in maintaining a good balance between letting dogs be dogs, and being a solid pack lead example for them to follow. My own furry friend, an Austalian cattle dog named Scout, is my best friend. If she could talk, I think she'd tell you that I am a fair and loving friend of animals. Not too much of a push over, but always down to get rambunctious to work all the wiggles out. Exercise is so important to our canine companions, but so is affection. Cuddles and scratches are my specialty. My personal philosophy is rewarding good behavior, not punishing bad, and remembering that these are animals, and have different needs than humans. Every dog I meet is a new potential friend, I can't wait to make friends with yours.
