I have had dog's in my family since as long as I can remember. All different types and sizes. We had a husky growing up, lab, cocker spaniel and dachshunds. On Thanksgiving three years ago, I heard of a litter that had been rescued from a Wal Mart parking lot. I called and asked the foster family to save a dog for me. I went by the next day and pick out a energetic retriever mix for my mom and my brother and I gave it to her for her birthday. We named him Winston ("W" for Wal-Mart). It was the best decision we have ever made and he is the best dog my family has ever had. I am young and active and affectionate and have a knack for caring for dogs. I live alone in Uptown and genuinely enjoy a dog's presence as I think they should be cared for like humans and a member of the family. I have a long history of dog sitting and babysitting.
