Pet care experience
I have owned animals my entire life including several cats, dogs, and exotics like hamsters. I was previously a vet tech trained in emergency response and critical care. I have extensive knowledge in caring for special needs animals, including puppies/kittens or pets with chronic illness. I am a reliable resource for monitoring the health and wellbeing of your pets during walks, especially on hot days. I am also a current student at Cornell University studying veterinary medicine. Loving and taking care of pets is what I do!

Caroline took beautiful care of our dog, who has hind leg paralysis and needs help toileting and uses a wheelchair. Caroline has provided both walking and pet sitting services to us, and was communicative, reliable, no-nonsense, and caring. Highly recommend!
Caroline has been especially great at dealing with changes in our schedule (in managing drop-in visits, in particular), and we so appreciate her flexibility and responsiveness when we were away! Great with our dogs on walks, and with our kitties on visits! :)
Caroline is AMAZING. She was so patient with my high-maintenance puppy. Caroline worked on basic training with him while on walks. She is dependable and trustworthy, and I would highly recommend her :)

I currently live in a studio apartment, and thus, I do not sit pets at my personal residence. I am more than happy to travel to local parks for pet exercise though.

I have no breed preferences. I only ask that the client tell me whether or not a pet tends to be dog aggressive so that I can redirect animals safely in walking situations. Prices for my services for special needs animals may vary depending on the level of care maintained. Please inquire for more information.
A typical day
My favorite places to walk are in big parks with lots of green space. I also enjoy trail running! I do not take animals to dog parks though, as a general rule.
