Pet care experience
I grew up showing, training, and grooming dogs, and now channel that love into teaching agility and trick dog classes and working with my own Shetland Sheepdog. Each dog has their own way of navigating the world, and I love finding that unique communication and supporting what they love and do best. I am ready to walk, care for, and pamper however you and your pup see fit.
Reviews
We could not be happier with Caroline and her loving attention and affection for Reuben. She is responsive, communicates effectively, and gives ample updates. We feel safe and 100% comfortable having her watch our Reuben while we are away.
Caroline is so sweet and gentle with our senior dogs. Highly recommend her for when you can’t be there.
Caroline is very sweet and gentle with our senior dogs. She is our go to when we need a sitter.
Caroline is so great with the dogs and sends amusing updates. We know our pups are in good hands with her!

As my roommate and I each have a dog, I only offer pet care at your house. If your dog is friendly and loves a playmate, I am more than happy to bring my pet-friendly and well-mannered dog to hang out and play. Having had my dog boarded, I understand the stress of leaving your family member in another person's care. I send daily picture and text updates and am more than happy to set-up my monitoring camera for you to check in whenever you like.
Information Caroline L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any special needs your dog has ahead of time. This includes dietary restrictions and things that make them nervous, or they don't want to do. Please note that I work a job that requires me to be out of the house for about 6 hours a day. When I'm at your house, I am there playing and working with your dog; however, this is something for you to consider when looking for an overnight sitter.
A typical day
I love using mealtimes to train and play with dogs. For some dogs, they really like playing with a toy and getting a treat reward for nice play. For others, it's learning tricks or scent-training. I like to vary walk locations, so it's not the same squirrel every day. My favorite spots are Baylor campus, Woodway Park, and Cameron Park.

Availability
Playtime is a daily necessity, and communicating and meeting your dog's needs is an around-the-clock must. For some dogs, that need is endless scratches, for others, just a roommate to have in the house, and for a few (like my dog), it is learning new tricks and using their brain constantly. I do work a job that often requires me to be out of the house for 6 hours a day. With my dog, I typically schedule longer playtime in the morning when it's cool outside, and then indoor training and play when I come home. Please keep this in mind when considering overnight care.
