Pet care experience
I’ve owned dogs, cats, and other animals my entire life. I’ve trained dogs in things like loose leash walking, “leave it”, etc. Additionally, I’ve fostered various cats and dogs in my home!

Caroline was wonderful! I don’t love leaving my senior cat - especially since he has medication- but right away from the meet and greet Caroline made me feel comfortable. Oliver clearly loved spending time with her from the pictures and updates. Would highly recommend!
Caroline is possibly one of the best people with animals that I’ve ever met. She is really good about working with animals and helping them feel comfortable and safe with her. Animals tend to really love her, and she puts a lot of effort into making sure that they are happy and healthy. She has fostered before, and it is always amazing seeing how much the animals grow, and how much they come to love people after their time with Caroline.

I have no pets myself, and so can accommodate pets that may be fearful of other animals. I also have many enrichment items, crates if needed, and toys.

Reactivity to other dogs, small animals, cars, and people is important to know so I can customize the experience. Is your dog nervous around people? I can try to find out a route that takes us a little more out of the way. Does your dog pull when it sees a small animal? Knowing can help me be prepared to mitigate any problems.
A typical day
If you’re interested, I can work on “training” games like loose leash and attention holding games intermittently through the walk. While it can be hard to firmly train behaviors that will be generalized to you as well, these games are mentally stimulating and engaging for dogs, and may provide a foundation for your own training!

I currently work part time, and am available for that early morning walk, or the lunch break check in! My hours are flexible, and include weekdays.
