I grew up herding my family's Springer Spaniel around our backyard and evolved to dog-sitting around the neighborhood for family and friends. These days, I'm witness to many wonderful house guests in the form of Rover dogs cared for by my two roommates. On occasion, I've stepped in to feed, walk, or care for their visiting pups. I'm extremely comfortable with dogs of all ages and energy-levels, and understand the importance of "reading the room" when meeting new dogs to create a safe, respectful relationship. I used to pet-sit via Rover in Downtown Boston and Los Angeles (specifically Hollywood) while in school, and those experiences made me a confident and vigilant dogwalker; I understand the value of a good, hearty sniff around the block, but I have a good eye to keep litter and yucky street-finds out of your dog's mouth!
