We're pretty particular on who we let into our home, let alone, house-sit. Furthermore, we're even more protective on who we let dog-sit. Caroline came by beforehand to meet Kali, our 1.5 y/o Klee Kai with separation anxiety, and was personable, sweet, understanding, and highly responsive. For the actual dog-sitting, she came early, was highly flexible, stayed later, and ensured that Kali was comfortable and cared for. Caroline was awesome. We have one dog that is super skiddish and usually gets easily frightened and pees or has other accidents while we're away. However, Caroline came over early to meet the dogs and even the problem child warmed up to her and had no troubles. Will definitely use again.
