Caroline was super sweet with our dogs. However, 3 weeks in a row, cancelled on us either the morning of her visit or just didn’t show up and left us without someone to let out our puppy. The last day she was supposed to come, we sent a message asking if she was still coming and she told us no, she wasn’t going to be able to come anymore. We were most disappointed with her communication and inconsistency in keeping appointments. Regarding care of pets, we trusted her and she always respected our home.

Caroline was consistently late for our walks, one time by 55 minutes. Today, after telling us she was stopping for gas and would be 15 minutes late, she cancelled with no notification. Her communication was poor and she was unreliable. We would not recommend her to anyone.
