Hello! I've signed up to Rover because for the moment I cannot be a full-on dog owner, but one day it will happen! I've lived with pets my whole life in the USA as well as in France. Usually the set up has been one Dachshund and a cat at home; sadly I've become quite allergic to cats and can no longer care for them. My parents treat their pets like children. My style is slightly different, as in I like to set boundaries such as not sleeping on the bed. I'm very attentive to an animal's needs and sensitive to their personalities, some dogs love to cuddle others don't. In the photo, it is an American Cocker Spaniel who I care for from time to time; he's had some medical requirements, which I'm quite comfortable administering. The dog walks offered here are 30 minutes, but I am open to 1 hour walks for those who need the exercise as well as me. At the moment, I live in a studio therefore cannot take large dogs in my home as they would be unhappy. I'm a freelance worker therefore I'm not home all the time and have a flexible schedule; ideally my walks and feeding time would be before 10 a.m. and after 6 p.m. I'm both a French and English native speaker.
